Located in an isolated area, surrounded by nature so it's less crowded. Seems to have many onsite activities. The villas are overly spacious.

Since it's surrounded by nature, expect some small bugs inside the room. Room service is available but very limited choices. Property seems old.

Good options

The Presidential Suite Room is spacious. The corridor to the room is nice. The toilet looks luxurious and spacious and there's a bathtub.The journey to the hotel is more to nature. All staff were very welcoming, helpful and friendly.

The hotel is far away from the city. Not recommended for families with babies and young children. The road to the hotel is extremely dark. If you were to head out, you'll have to be back in the hotel by around 6 pm as the road would be very dark by then. The travel time from the hotel to melacca town area is about an hour drive.The lighting at the hotel is too dim internal and external including the room. It looks like a run down building. There's no lift as the hotel only has 2 levels. During our last day (Monday), for breakfast, there's no buffet provided however we were served ala carte as we were told that the hotel has below 20 pax for the day.If you wish to order grab food, it's advisable to order by 7 pm as the grab drivers may not be able to send your food to the hotel due to the very dark route to the hotel.

I appreciate how the hotel reconnects us with nature. I enjoy the opportunity to visit the farm, observe the bees and birds, and immerse myself in the natural surroundings.

I believe there is room for improvement in the breakfast offerings. The current selection lacks variety and the taste of the noodles is consistently too salty. These shortcomings do not align with the high standards expected of a five-star hotel.

Location, nature

I rent villa with pool. But some of the wood flooring at veranda (reput) and i've been in accident with leg inside the floor. Some minor scratch .also, my breakfast and dinner service to room very late. Very dissapointed this time with management.

I like the scenery. We also get to pluck & taste various range of local fruit. The pool villa was superb. It was cozy and kids enjoyed the indoor pool.

The pamphlet was printed in black.

This place is to relax and enjoy the Mother Nature. Really a very relaxing place.

A bit old fashioned and maybe need some upgrading. Since it’s deep inside outskirt, they should improve on their food.

The staff were very kind, helpful and friendly. The room (family villa) was huge and the beds were very comfy. It was quiet and tranquil. The swimming pool was good. Evening meal was nice.

The whole place felt a bit tired and needs a bit of updating. It felt a bit strange as we were about the only people staying at the hotel who weren't in a coach party or part of a team building away day. The activities on offer were mostly cancelled due to the weather (not the fault of the hotel). It was more in the middle of nowhere than I really appreciated when I booked it. Breakfast was limited and mostly all gone by the time we arrived. The lighting in the room was interesting - I've never seen so many light switches!

Cozy and fresh

Breakfast was horrible. This resort consider 5 star hotel, but breakfast was so bad, not as expected as 5 star restraunt.

This resort is located at the interior of alor gajah.. Quite remote place.. Resort is clean and perfect.. Villa is spacious and admirable.. And welk equiped with iron box and table.. Mini bar.. Hair dryer.. Toiletries.. Everthing as mentioned in website are there and staffs are very friendly.. .Pool is clean.. Library is awesome with complimentary ice cream inside the fridge and even pantry located inside library.. Silent and safe.. Can enjoy with nature a lot there..

Only thing is very limited menu in the restaurant and expensive.. There are no indian restuarants nearby.. If we wanna have indian menu we have to drive a way long of 30 mins....

The staffs were all very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Food was good.

This is our third time in this hotel, the location is nice and quiet for people who looking to relax

The first 2 visits service were much better than this third time

The buffet breakfast can be improved more and sadly no fruits at all in the orchard (wrong season ?)
